Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial on 1 X account. A card is required. Cancel any time before the trial ends from Billing and you are not charged.

Cancelling a plan

Plans are billed monthly in USD. You can cancel any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for and does not renew after that. Unused credits do not roll over.

Refunds

If you were charged by mistake, or AutoPostMode could not post for you because of a fault on our side, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that charge in full. Partial months are otherwise not refunded.

Credits

Credits are used only when X confirms a post is live. Skipped, rejected or failed posts never use credits, so there is nothing to refund for them.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account email with the charge date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
